The product is returned within 15 days from the date of delivery (discounted items or products purchased during the sale can only be exchanged during the sale period)

The product must be undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging

Please note that the refund will not include delivery or COD fees

The customer must present the invoice when requesting a refund or exchange
